Bring the bar to your event with our seamless, all-inclusive cocktail experience. Our service includes seasonally designed drinks, expertly prepared by an experienced bartender, so you can enjoy the party while we handle everything behind the bar.

T&Cs:

• Delivery area: Delivery, setup and collection are included within our local delivery area, approximately 40 minutes’ drive from Denny, Stirlingshire. Locations outside this area may be subject to an additional delivery charge.
• Service: The package includes a bartender for the agreed event service period. The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving cocktails and managing the bar throughout the agreed service period.
• Service duration: The package is based on a 3 hour service duration. Additional service time may be available at an additional charge, subject to availability.
• Drinks allowance: The quantity of alcohol and mixers supplied will be calculated by us having regard to the number of guests, selected cocktail menu and anticipated event duration. The package is not an unlimited drinks service, and we do not guarantee a specific number of drinks or servings per guest.
• Cocktail menu: The package includes our seasonal house cocktail menu or an agreed tailored menu. Bespoke menus, branded drinks and other custom requirements may be subject to an additional charge.
• Challenge 25: We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Anyone who appears under 25 may be asked to provide valid photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service where acceptable ID cannot be provided. Alcohol will only be supplied and served to persons aged 18 or over.
• Responsible drinking: Our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or where they consider it necessary to promote responsible consumption.
• Equipment & glassware: The package includes bar hire, glassware and the equipment required to deliver the agreed cocktail service. The customer is responsible for reasonable care of these items during the event and may be liable for loss or damage caused by misuse or negligence.
• Branding: Bespoke bar branding is available as an optional extra and will be quoted separately where required.
• Cancellation:full refund provided you give us at least 5 working days’ notice
• Changes: Any changes to guest numbers, cocktail selection, event duration or other event details should be notified to us as soon as possible and may affect the package or price.
• Venue: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the venue is suitable for the agreed cocktail service and that all necessary permissions have been obtained. The venue must provide safe and reasonable access for delivery, setup and collection, along with a suitable, stable and accessible space for the bar. Our team must have access to the venue at the agreed times to carry out setup and breakdown. Any delays or additional costs arising from restricted access, unsuitable conditions or the venue not being ready may be charged to the customer.
